These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Lanterman Labs apps, websites, and related services, including PantrySink, TellEllie, and other products we publish. By using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
Use of Our Products
You may use Lanterman Labs products only for lawful personal or business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the apps except where allowed by law, or use them to violate the rights of others.
Accounts and Content
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, save, or submit through our products. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some products offer paid subscriptions or purchases. For iOS apps, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Free Trials
Some subscriptions may include a free trial. If you start a trial and do not cancel before it ends, the subscription may renew as a paid subscription through your App Store account. Trial availability and duration may vary by product or promotion.
AI and Generated Content
Some Lanterman Labs products include AI-generated suggestions, summaries, recipes, notes, or other outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
Product-Specific Disclaimers
PantrySink recipe, grocery, pantry, nutrition, and meal-planning information is provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. TellEllie notes, reminders, summaries, and memory features are provided for organization and convenience and should not be treated as guaranteed storage, legal advice, medical advice, or professional advice.
App Store Terms
If you download one of our apps from Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's standard end user license agreement unless a separate custom license is provided.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
No Warranty
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lanterman Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of our products.
